“Gator™ AAVX probe

Gator™ AAVX

Enables the direct capture and quantitation of different serotypes of AAV in crude lysates, column eluates, cell lysates and cell culture supernatants using the CaptureSelectTM anti-AAVX ligand. Total AAV capsid is determined by this quantitation technique.


“Gator™ Ni-NTA probe

Gator™ Ni-NTA Kit

The GatorTM Ni-NTA probes enabler rapid and continuous quantification of His-tagged proteins without the need for Ni2+ recharging. The stable immobilization of His-tagged proteins allows for facile kinetics analysis with binding partners, off-rate screening, and epitope binning of antibodies experiments.

Gator™ Flex SA Kit

Binds biotinylated proteins with near covalent linkage. Sensor can be fully reactivated over 20+ times. Kit includes: 24 Flex SA probes, 3 bottles of priming reagent (50mL/bottle), 1 bottle of Capture reagent (20mL/bottle), 1 bottle of reactivation reagent (20mL/bottle), 1 bottle of K buffer (30mL/bottle), and plate foil.

Protein A biosensor for biolayer interferometry

Gator™ Protein A

Binds IgGs of various species, including human and mouse. Dynamic range of 0.02 – 2000 µg/mL. Can be robustly regenerated.


Protein G biosensor for biolayer interferometry

Gator™ Protein G

Binds IgGs of various species, including human and rat. Dynamic range of 0.02 – 2000 µg/mL. Can be robustly regenerated.


Protein L biosensor for biolayer interferometry

Gator™ Protein L

Binds IgGs of various species through the kappa light chain. Dynamic range of 0.02 – 2000 µg/mL.

Binds His-tagged proteins. Can be used for rapid quantitation, kinetic measurements and epitope binning. Can be regenerated.


Amine-Reactive biosensor for biolayer interferometry

Gator™ Amine-Reactive

Covalently bonded to amine groups on proteins. Recommended for use in kinetics measurements and indirect quantitation experiments. This biosensor uses EDC/NHS activation and coupling to link proteins.


Streptavidin biosensor for biolayer interferometry

Gator™ Streptavidin

Binds biotinylated or AviTag containing biomolecules. For use in kinetic measurements or in creating custom-made biosensors


Aminopropylsilane biosensor for biolayer interferometry

Gator™ Small Molecule, Antibody, and Protein (SMAP)

High-capacity streptavidin biosensors to be used for measuring small molecules and peptides binding to protein targets. Intended for affinity measurements of small molecule or peptide binding to a biotinylated (or AviTag containing) biomolecule.

Kinetics (K) Buffer

Containing agents to decrease nonspecific binding and stabilize the baseline, this buffer was specially formulated for kinetics analysis using the Gator system and comes ready to use with any of our biosensors.


Buffer for quantitation applications with biolayer interferometry technology

Quantitation (Q) Buffer

Containing agents to decrease nonspecific binding and background signal of crude samples, this buffer was specially formulated for quantitation measurements using the Gator system and comes ready to use with any of our biosensors.

Regeneration Buffer (No Salt)
