Gator® High Sensitivity (HS) AAV Kit uses nanobody-based biosensors that quantify different serotypes of adenoassociated virus (AAV) in crude lysates, column eluates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants. It is ideal for viral vector development from the harvest to final product quality control stages. The kit offers a dynamic range comparable to enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) along with the automation and low hands-on time of biolayer interferometry (BLI).

ACCURACY AND PRECISION
The percent recovery for AAV5 concentrations is more than 85% in Q Buffer. The kit also shows high precision with a percent coefficient of variation (%CV) of less than 10%
RECOVERY IN CRUDE SAMPLES
The HS AAV Kit is compatible with crude matrices such as cell lysates and media. The table above shows the signal (nm shift), % CV, and % recovery for AAV5 in HEK 293-T cell lysate diluted 1:10 in Q Buffer.
