Ni-NTA Neutral Buffer

Ni-NTA Regen and Ni-NTA Neutral Buffers allow for continuous regeneration of the Ni-NTA (i.e., Tris-NTA and charged with Ni2+ ions binding to His-tagged proteins) probes, without the need for an additional Ni2+ recharging step. Is used for regeneration up to 20 times, with no loss in biding rate.

Storage Instructions:
Reagents are stable at room temperature for many days, but recommended storage at 2-8°C to prolong shelf life. For an assay, acclimate the reagents to RT before use.
